Introduction

- By booking a vacation home with Eden Escape, you agree to these terms and conditions, which govern your stay, payment, cancellation, and use of our properties.
Booking and Payment
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other online payment methods.
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and an official confirmation email.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in or no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the booking amount.
- Modifications to the booking can be made subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must adhere to the property rules and respect neighbors at all times.
- Any damage to the property or furnishings caused during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.
- Eden Escape is a non-smoking establishment. Violation of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees.
Security Deposits
- A refundable security deposit may be required upon booking and will be returned within 7 business days after checkout, subject to property inspection.
Use of Property
- The property is to be used for accommodation purposes only and cannot be sub-let or used for parties or events without prior approval.
Liability
- Eden Escape is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
- We are also not responsible for any injury or accidents occurring on the premises.
Force Majeure
- Eden Escape is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other "force majeure" events.
Privacy Policy
- All personal data collected during the booking process is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or to facilitate the booking.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the emirate of Dubai.
